PW states 4 tank destroyers in 1st battery; 6 tank destroyers in 2nd battery; 8 tank destroyers in 3rd battery. 3rd battery contacted 2 kilometer West of L3820 as of 151800A Mar, operating under 256th Volks Grenadier Division at Forschweiler L3424. PW states: that Brig. withdrew to that point. States 6 guns left in 3rd battery.

80th Inf reports that Weiskirchen is pretty well cleared out but the enemy still occupies the highground to North. Elsewhere on their front resistance has largely collapsed. Forward elements at Thailen L3504. The following towns have been cleared: Losheim L2801, Niederlosheim L3000, Rappweiler L3205, Mitlosheim L3004, Valbach L3106, Steinburg. Much abandoned equipment has been overrun, including 4x150 mm Howitzers intact, 2 x 88s AG have been destroyed. Estimated 400 PW. No new identifications as yet.

Est enemy dead: 76, wounded: 63; Material destroyed: 1 battery Nebelwerfer, attempt by enemy to rapidly withdraw to the East; leaving relatively light forces with little depth to cover the withdrawal. At close of Period (1600A) our forces have broken thru defense line in several places.
